How Our 100-Days Return Policy Works

We designed our suitcases, bags, and accessories with your travel needs in mind. However, if you find that our product isn't perfect for you, you can return it within 100 days of your purchase date. We will issue a refund to your original payment method, as long as the returned item meets our return conditions. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Items Not Eligible for the 100-Day Return Policy :

· Used Items : Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

· Certain Items : Such as personalized items are non-returnable.

· Repeat Returns : Items can only be returned once per order.

· Promotional Items : Products bought during special promotions that exclude returns under this policy.

 

Our 100-day return policy does not interfere with the warranty on your product. We are proud to offer our Warranty provided to each of our luggage, covering any manufacturing faults.

 

1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN :

To initiate a return, please follow these steps :

  1. Prepare Your Receipt : Ensure you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. This is essential for processing your return. Please include the receipt details or a copy of the receipt with your return shipment.
  2. Contact Us : Reach out to our contact form, fill up all the details. Our customer service team will respond to your case within 7 working days.
  3. Package Your Return : Securely package the item you wish to return. Ensure the package is properly sealed to avoid damage during transit. Improper packaging may result in the denial of your refund.
  4. Ship the Item : Send your return to the provided information details. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt for your records.

 

2. REFUNDS :

·  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

 

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS :

·  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. RETURN FEE

·  A RM20 processing fee will apply to all online returns, deducted from your refund. For efficiency, please nest items where possible (e.g. place a smaller bag inside a larger one) and include any dust bags or accessories.

 

6. COMPLIMENTARY PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

·  If your order included any promotional items, these must be returned along with your purchase. Failure to return these items will result in their value being deducted from your refund.
